Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase within the following guidelines:
- Items are in original condition for resale with no signs of wear or use
- All vendor and price tags and stickers are attached
- Boots and shoes must be in the original box with all packing materials intact
- Receipt or packing slip must accompany the return items
- Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. If this is not an option (ie: cancelled card, non-reloadable gift card, etc.) a store credit or gift card will be issued. If you are returning item(s) from a website order, please pack your order and ship it back to us at the address below. We will refund your original form of payment once we've received the item(s) back and verified that your return is within these return guidelines. Shipping will only be refunded if you receive a defective item from us.
Please contact us if you believe an item purchased from us may be defective, or if your order is incorrect.
